Exchanges
We want you to feel completely comfortable in your BRXL pieces. If the size or color isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
– We offer exchanges for size or color changes.
– Customers in the contiguous U.S. are eligible for one complimentary exchange return label.
– For any additional exchanges, customers may be responsible for the associated shipping costs.
– Exchanges are processed after the original item has been received and inspected by our team.
Returns
1. Return Window
– Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
– The delivery date is defined as the date your package is marked delivered by the carrier.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all the following conditions:
– Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
– With all original tags and hygienic liners attached.
– Returned in the original packaging.
3. Non-returnable items include:
– Items marked as final sale, clearance.
– Mystery Box items.
– Items not purchased directly from brxl.com. If your order was placed through Amazon or TikTok, please contact the respective platform for assistance.
4. Returns Shipping Fee
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality-related issue or error.
– If a BRXL return label is used (U.S. only), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
5. Quality Defect Exclusions
Our return policy requires you to submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving your package. If you wish to return your item for any reason, please ensure you adhere to this timeframe. We inspect all returned products and accept returns only for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject your return application.
If you received a defective item due to a quality or logistics issue, please indicate this when submitting your return request so we can assist you properly.
The following do not qualify as quality issues:
Production Characteristics:
*Loose threads or raw edges.
*Variations in thickness or texture.
*Slight color differences due to screen settings.
Subjective Preferences:
*Dissatisfaction with style, colour, or personal preference.
*Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, self-repair, or modification.
Sizing Discrepancies:
*Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects.
*Please refer to our size chart before purchasing and use sizing recommendations as guidance only.
Design Variations:
*Slight differences between items of the same size due to design features.
*Refer to the product's listed measurements for accuracy.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we've received your returned package, we'll take care of the rest and process your refund ASAP.
Refunds for credit card payments typically take 5–8 business days.
Refunds for PayPal payments typically take 3 business days.
