We offer free shipping on orders over $65.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada only.
Shipping time and costs vary depending on the destination. Please refer to the chart below for details:

2. Order Processing & Delivery Times
For in-stock items, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for warehouse processing. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time.
For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
We don’t recommend selecting Express Shipping for orders with pre-order items, as shipping will be delayed until all items are ready.
The estimated delivery time displayed is based on historical shipping data and reflects the average delivery time for most orders.
While we aim to deliver within the expected timeframe, actual delivery dates may vary depending on local logistics and destination-specific factors.
During peak seasons or holidays, tracking updates may take longer.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If you didn't receive a shipping notification at the email address used during checkout, please check your spam folder. You can also check the latest shipping status on your order page, or contact our customer service team for assistance.
4. Address & Delivery Issues
Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address, phone number, and email before submitting your order.
Please note that BRXL is not responsible for failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (e.g., wrong address, invalid phone number, incorrect consignee name).
After Shipping
Once shipped, addresses cannot be changed. You may:
– Contact your local post office for redirection (subject to availability).
– Contact our Customer Service Team for support.
If your package is delayed or missing, contact our Customer Service Team.
5. Shipping Notes
– We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
– Canadian orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping fees.
