We offer free standard shipping on all orders $65+.
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from when it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning any part of your order, please ensure no artificial damage to the products. And the tags and packages are in good condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Please notify the support team when you send the package from your side.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will be notified via email.
Note that refunds can take up to 3-7 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organizations.
